Return & Guarantee Policy

Installed Plant Guarantee (6-Month Guarantee)
We proudly stand behind the quality of our professional plant installation services. All plants installed by Hedge Hut come with a 6-month guarantee from the date of installation. If any installed plant fails within this period due to reasons other than neglect, improper care, or extreme environmental events, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To qualify, the plant must have been regularly watered and properly maintained following industry standards and any care instructions provided at installation.

Non-Installed Plant Guarantee (14-Day Guarantee)
Plants purchased from Hedge Hut but not installed by our team are covered by a 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase. Due to the sensitive nature of live plant material and varying care practices, responsibility for plant health after delivery or pick-up lies with the customer.

We cannot accept returns or replacements for plants that have not been properly watered, planted, or maintained.

Returns & Refunds
Because we sell live plant material, we do not accept returns once plants have left our facility. However, if you receive the wrong plant or a damaged item upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will work with you to correct the issue.

To initiate a guarantee claim, please email us at hedgehut@garden-view.com with your order number, date of purchase or installation, and photos of the plant(s) in question. A team member will review the issue and respond within 3 business days.

Note: Guarantee coverage does not extend to damage caused by pets, wildlife, natural disasters, lack of water, or improper planting and care.
